At TechBin Online, we aim for full transparency in how we handle payments and refunds for our SEO, content, web design, and digital marketing Services. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before engaging our Services.
1. Nature of Our Services
SEO and digital marketing services involve significant time, effort, tools, and resources (research, strategy, content creation, technical implementation, and reporting) starting from the day an engagement begins. Because of this labour-intensive, time-bound nature, our refund terms differ from standard product-based refund policies.
2. Free SEO Audit & Consultation
Our free SEO audit and initial consultation are provided at no cost and are non-refundable by nature, as no payment is collected for this stage.
3. Advance Payments / Onboarding Fees
- Any advance or onboarding payment made to initiate a project covers initial research, audits, strategy planning, and account setup already undertaken by our team.
- Advance/onboarding payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, as these resources and hours have already been allocated and utilized.
4. Monthly Retainer / Ongoing SEO Services
- For ongoing monthly SEO or digital marketing retainers, fees already paid for the current billing cycle are non-refundable, as work (research, optimization, content, reporting) is actively performed throughout the month.
- If a Client wishes to discontinue Services, a written cancellation request must be submitted at least 15–30 days in advance (as specified in the SOW). Work already completed during the notice period will be delivered, and no partial refund will be issued for that period.
- Future/unbilled months will simply not be charged going forward.
5. One-Time Projects (Website Design/Development, SEO Audits, Content Packages)
For one-time, milestone-based projects, refund eligibility depends on the stage of completion:
- Before work commences: A refund minus any non-refundable processing/transaction charges may be considered, at our discretion, if requested within 48 hours of payment.
- After work has commenced: Refunds will be assessed on a pro-rata basis for the undelivered portion of the project only, after deducting costs for work already completed, resources used, and third-party tool/licensing expenses.
- After project completion/delivery: No refund will be issued once final deliverables have been submitted and approved by the Client.
6. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Dissatisfaction with SEO rankings, traffic, or business outcomes where no specific guarantee was contractually promised (see Disclaimer, Section 1.2).
- Delays caused by the Client (e.g., late content approvals, delayed access credentials, unresponsive communication).
- Third-party platform issues (Google algorithm updates, hosting downtime, domain/server issues) beyond our control.
- Change of mind after work has already commenced or been delivered.
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions by the Client resulting in termination of Services.
7. Refund Request Process
To request a refund (where eligible under this Policy):
- Email info@techbinonline.com with your project/invoice details and reason for the request.
- Our team will review the request and respond within 7 business days.
- If approved, eligible refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original mode of payment, minus applicable transaction/processing charges.
8. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in suspension of Services and pursuit of the amount owed through appropriate legal channels.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Effective Date" and will apply to engagements initiated after the update.
